Apart from its popular benefits for skin and hair, argan oil is used for culinary purposes also. Argan oil products are available in popular health and food stores. That said it remains a rare and pricey commodity compared to other essential oils. It offers a wide range of benefits since it brings many good things as listed below.

1. Essential fatty acids

Argan oil contains a high amount of essential fatty acids which include oleic acid, linoleic acid, stearic acid, and more. They are natural anti-inflammatory that can promote skin regeneration and improve cells health. You can use argan oil to treat damaged hair and wounded skin. The oil even protects your hair from damages caused by external factors such as pollution and UV rays.

2. Vitamin E

Compared to jojoba and olive, argan oil has more amount of vitamin E. It is an essential nutrient to maintain skin and hair health. The relative density of argan oil at 68 degree F (20 degree C) ranges from 0.906 to 0.919. For liquids, the standard substance to measure relative density is usually water at 40C. If the relative density is less than 1, the substance will float when you pour it into water. If the relative density is more than 1, the substance sinks. Based on this, argan oil will float in water.
